*By tucking it between my thighs, I could still do the front crawl and kick my legs, but the added buoyancy helped me build my endurance.

*With it, I could easily swim twice as far or more. Of course, the more I swam, the more I built up my endurance

*This is just exceptional compared to the rest and helps me work on my upper body.

*wth this, I rest my legs and work the hands and really move quickly.
